	Lindsay Reishman – Principal Broker After graduating from Middlebury College, Lindsay went to work running supplementary education programs owned by The Washington Post where he learned how to run an exceptional service based business. Then he made a career move and became an Economic Consultant, learning to crunch numbers and analyze potential investments. Lindsay has taken the skill set from each position and applied it to his real estate career. 	Michele Wiltse – Realtor A Boston transplant and 4 year resident of the District's vibrant West End neighborhood, Michele is an active community member and specializes in the sough-after properties of the West End, Georgetown, Dupont Circle, Logan Circle, Shaw and DC's other highly desirable neighborhoods.  Complementing her passion for real estate is her 16 years of national experience in residential mortgage lending. 	Jeannie Steward - Director of Operations Jeannie Steward is a graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park, Smith School of Business. Prior to joining Lindsay Reishman Real Estate in 2007, Jeannie spent several years in the legal industry managing and marketing various legal services to our nation’s top law firms. Currently she is the Director of Marketing for Lindsay Reishman Real Estate. Jeannie analyzes each project or home so that she may find the appropriate marketing outlets for each individual property. 	Elise Reid – Director of Marketing Elise Reid is a graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a degree in communication. A past administrative position in a realty office spurred her interest in the real estate business. Elise became a member of the Lindsay Reishman Real Estate team in 2009. As Director of Marketing, she is responsible for implementing various marketing strategies for each listed property in order to maximize its potential as a successful sale. 	David Kanstoroom – Settlement Attorney David has focused his practice on real estate settlements for more than 17 years and has performed over 15,000 settlements.
