Arlington encompasses a huge and diverse portion of land closest to the Virginia/Washington, DC border. From the neighborhood of Rosslyn (walking distance across a bridge from Georgetown), to Clarendon (known for its fun bars and restaurants and newly revitalized shopping district), Arlington County has something for everyone. Reagan National Airport is also stationed in Arlington, which is closest and most easily-accessed airport in the metropolitan area. Neighborhoods in Arlington include: Ballston, Shirlington, Crystal City, Rosslyn, Clarendon, Virginia Square, and Courthouse. Most neighborhoods are metro accessible.
